I have a discontinued Hot Tub with a faulty controller and worn out top side controls. John at Pool & Spa was very helpful after sending him photo's he managed to locate the right supplier and confirm what I needed. A little wait as parts had to be ordered in but delivery was confirmed and even came a day earlier. Thanks for the tech help and I now have a great functioning tub again.Since writing this I used Pool & Spa Centre again to help identify my jets and even didn't have to replace them as Pool and Spa suggested just replacing the diffusers at the rear of each jet.I sent photos again and they identified the diffusers. Ordered and came within 24 hours. They fitted perfectly and work really well. Excellent tech help on the website aswell on how to fit them. It took literally seconds once I'd done the first one.Excellent service and I shall definitely recommend and use again. Thank you Pool & Spa, an old Hot Tub now running like brand new.
