Like a small channel of the countryside cut through the suburbs. Greenery, birdsong and the occasional bit of wildlife holding the hum of traffic at arms length. Stay on it long enough and it transports you to green fields and blue skies between the urban sprawl and farmers fields nearby...

Was good to re-walk this route as it had been 20-25 years since i last did it with school and thw path now is alot better. Good route from castlecroft to aldersley. Just need to do the Castlecroft to Himley route.
A good walk but can get very muddy.
