First rate service from a first rate team. From first entering the shop as complete novice to the stove world ! Jane took time to assist in my choice of log burner and what I wanted from it , right through to Andy with the survey and installation all of which was quick efficient and nothing was too much trouble in learning about my new log burner which has been burning daily for the last two months ! Its fantastic everything I wanted and more ! Cosy nights in and top it all even the dog has stopped sneaking on the beds and now has his favourite place in front of the fire! Can't recommend highly enough. From the initial conversation and site visit to helping guide us through the (often complicated!) design process to the installation Flaming Fires were brilliant. Fire looks AMAZING. Whole process enjoyed by entire family, especially 5 yr old who managed to get hold of the office 'sweetie tin' and didn't actually want to leave!
