I have been going to the Willows for a number of years now and find them excellent. The facilities are modern and comfortable. Immaculate. All of the staff (receptionists, hygienists, dentists) are so friendly and efficient. Nothing is too much trouble. In addition to routine visits for check-ups and hygienist I have had treatment on a couple of occasions with Vicki. She is so pleasant and confident and somehow takes away all of my fear and anxiety. I used to dread going to the dentist but don't worry about it now. Thank you Vicki and all!
Never enjoyed dental visits, anxious and previous bad experiences until I started coming here.What a great team!! Very professional, always take time to explain properly so you know the options or what's going to happen.Very gentle treatment, never rushed.Today met dentist Danny for the first time, after Lovely Laura did her hygienist work.Left feeling much better, now know what I need to do, and how they can help and improve my long term oral health.Thank you to all of you, you are passionate and amazing!!Very happy customer xx
Had my new crown on Friday and wanted to share my positive experience. Two appointments, two weeks apart with Vicky - totally impressed with the customer service I received and personal care and attention. My crown looks great and was totally painless to have done.
I can't rate Willows dental and implant centre enough. I needed a new dentist after my dentist left the practice. After having my initial consultation with Vicki, I was told I needed various work doing. Vicki was lovely and professional and so gentle. Despite feeling quite nervous with the procedures that needed doing...I was given the best care and attention and there was no need for me to be nervous at all. My faith in dentists have been restored thank you Vicki. If you need a dentist don't hesitate to contact this practice..I guarantee you will get the best treatment.
Professional, Reliable & Experienced. Recently completed several cosmetic treatments. Neil conducted an initial consultation which was very informative and genuine.
