Absolute joke app constantly crashing had to keep signing in constantly to be told I've bidded on a mercedes which I had no idea of at all i called up to ask about this to be told its my fault I then asked to speak to the manager and I got told I cant and then put the phone down on me I rang back up to be spoken to disgustingly by the same woman and she then put the phone down again I am not paying no fees at all the customer service is unreal never being spoken to like that by a business I have several screenshot of others complaining of the app crashing and also another person who exactly the same thing happend to I called another branch to a lovely woman she told me they should have put me through to the manager and to call back to her at the head office if nothing gets resolved after calling all day I'm also 40 pound out of pocket due to your call charges which I will be asking a refund for also WOLVERHAMPTON CO PART NO CUSTOMER SERVICE WHAT SO EVER
Sent off documnets on the friday, phoned in monday for an update, was told ut would be done end off the day, phoned in on tuesday. Asking for update, lady replied i can see anything about documentation but ypu need too pay fee, i said whats the point me paying when the documentation hasnt been accepted, told her too transfer mee too head office, i was first in queue and somebody cut the phone off, know do you really think i want too hand over thousands too a company which cant even handle a simple inquiry. Very very poor customer service,
Sold my 2007 Fiesta for scrap, got a good price compared to other breakers. Came and collected my car, no issues, money in my account a few hours later. Really simple process, would recommend.
I haven't buy from them anything, they just were keeping my car on their car park. Unfortunately all stuff from car had been stolen and there is nobody to blame however I can't say anything about their major business.
Poor customer service, rung up twice to arrange the pick up my personal items from my vehicle. Told it could be arranged if came before 5pm. I left work early, arrived before 5pm to be told that they could not find my personal items.The staff were quite rude and basically didnt care.I am not sure on the whereabouts of my belongings, I wouldnt be surprised if I dont see them again.
