Order placed on 10th June and after receiving an email confirming the order, everything went quiet. I tried twice emailing with no response and phoned 32 times without anyone answering. Having read reviews on trustpilot, this is a frequent occurrence. The only thing they did promptly was refund me when I cancelled the order, for which I give them 1 star. I won't be using them again.
A fantastic shop crammed to the Rafters with everything associated with bike's. The bike I purchased was A1. I couldn't be more pleased with it. The staff are brimming with knowledge and they make spending your hard earned almost a pleasure. I have been to many bike shops over the year's but this one has flown to the top of my list....well done to all at Fishface cycled you'll be seeing me again...
Great, very efficient service. They are guys who know about cycles so dont expect mindless chat, they just get on with the job at very reasonable price.
